Platform for sponsorships and donations
Companies in Bosnia and Herzegovina that award sponsorships and donations often still collect applications by email and track them in spreadsheets. We built a platform that runs the whole process in one place, from the public call to the final report.
The problem
Corporate social responsibility (CSR) and marketing teams receive dozens of requests a year. Each one needs a review, a decision, a contract and proof that the money was used as agreed, and that work is usually spread across inboxes and tables.
What we built
One platform with two flows. For sponsorships, the applicant sends an offer with activities and packages, and the scope is agreed within the approved amount. For donations, an organisation sends a request with the amount it needs and later proves how the money was spent.
- Public calls with budget, deadline, categories and an application form
- Review by a case officer, with requests for missing documents
- Decisions by a committee that scores against your criteria, or through approval levels
- Decisions, contracts and other documents generated from your templates
- Tracking of every obligation, with evidence the responsible person approves or returns
- Nine report types, exported to PDF, Excel or CSV or sent by email on a schedule
How AI is used
AI reads scanned documents, checks them and suggests a score against the company’s criteria. People make every decision. Each suggestion is labelled as a suggestion, and applicants never see it.
Security
Access is limited by role. Staff sign in with their Microsoft account, two-factor sign-in is available, uploaded files are scanned for viruses, and every change is logged.
Why it matters for your project
Forms, scoring criteria, decision rules, document templates, budgets and roles are set per programme, so the platform adapts to how a company already works. It is the kind of business software we build: clear workflows, documents generated automatically and AI that helps people rather than replacing their judgement.
